NHSRC Recruitment 2022: Application has been invited for the Sr. Consultant and Consultant Posts in The National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC). National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC) has been set up under the National Health Mission (NHM) as an autonomous registered society, to channel technical assistance and capacity-building support to the states for strengthening the public health system. Selected Candidate will get the Pay Scale between Rs. 60000 – Rs. 150000 which is according to the post wise. work Location for the selected candidate is New Delhi, There is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the public health canvas of states and districts. Extensive Travel to the States and Districts as per need.

The Maximum Age Limit for Applying for the PostS is 45 years. Essential Qualification

1. Possess a bachelor’s degree in MBBS/BDS/AYUSH/ Nursing with a full-time postgraduate degree in MHA/MBA in Hospital Administration/PGDHM from a reputed institute.

2. 3 years post-qualification experience (after PG).

3. At least One year of experience in NQAS implementation in public health facilities at the district / State/ National level.

Consultant -Quality and Patient Safety Division

Essential Qualification

1. Possess MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS/Nursing/B. Pharma degree with Two years of full-time Postgraduate degrees in Hospital Management/ Public Heath from a reputed institute:

2. 3 years post-qualification experience.

3. At least One years’ experience in the implementation of National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS) at the State/District level.

4. Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Senior Consultant – Knowledge Management division

Essential Qualification

MBBS/BDS with Post Graduate Degree (full-time course) or higher qualification in Public Health, Community Health, Preventive and Social Medicines/Social Sciences in Health

Published work in the area of health systems or public health

Have at least 10 years of Post Qualification experience

Consultant – Healthcare Technology (Health Technology Assessment)

Essential Qualification

Graduation in Engineering /Biological sciences / Medicine with MPH and qualified in Health Economics & Health Technology Assessment related field.

Training/Experience on Health Technology Assessment including systematic review and health economic modeling.

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Health Technology Assessment.

Published work in the area of health technology assessments or Economic evaluation or meta-analysis of published studies/trials on devices is desirable.

Previous experience in the compilation of health technology assessment reports is desirable.

Job Profile for NHSRC Recruitment 2022

Consultant-Quality and Patient Safety

1. Support in the conduct of the national level assessments in the allocates states from receipt of application to result in the declaration.

2. To monitor all certification-related activities and ensure completion of activities in time bound manner.

3. Correspondence of final reports to MOHFW for final decision-making on the Quality Certification Status of assessed facilities.

4. Liaison with MoHFW officials, empanelled external assessors, Quality Experts, and State / District QA nodal officers for effective management of certification activities.

5. Manage the data generated for the preparation of fact sheets/ data sets for analysis and putting up for national-level review.

6. Coordination for National level External Assessors Training.

7. Management of pool of Empaneled External Assessors.

8. Preparation of the certification guidelines, short notes, and resource material for certification activities.

9. Vigilance in the ongoing national-level assessments.

10. Any other responsibility as allocated by Advisor QPS.

Consultant-Quality and Patient Safety

Review the contemporary literature and program guidelines and examine the existing measurement system (ME & checkpoints) under the NQAS, LaQshya, MusQan, Kayakalp and Patient Safety Tool.

Support the division in drafting of other quality initiatives

Support the States with the Implementation of NQAS, LaQshya, MusQan, Kayakalp and Patient Safety Tools.

Development of Resource Material

Conduct training in the States/UT

Analysis of key performance indicators, and outcome indicators and plan further to strengthen the gaps observed during the analysis.

Maybe deputed to work in the Certification unit, NHSRC

Any other task, as per need of the Quality and Patient Safety Division
